ORDERING

Customers have the convenience of placing their order through our web site, SavoryShuttle.Com, or by phone to our online waiters. Orders can also be placed in advance for large orders or can be scheduled to be delivered at a time that you specify. Our drop-down menu selections allow you to make changes to the orders to include or exclude certain items from the selection. For example, you may want to exclude onions and tomatoes from a salad selection or add extra salad dressing. The menu page for each restaurant allows you to simply click on the items you want to change. It's easy!

PAYMENT

Payment can be made online or by phone with a credit card or debit card and cash. All non-cash transactions allow you to enter your card information online while ordering. Cash transactions will be collected at time of delivery.

DELIVERY

Savory Shuttle charges a delivery fee of $7.99 per restaurant. The fee is collected at the time of order or delivery depending on the method of payment. Our drivers perform a critical service by safely transporting the orders in a timely manner. All food items are transported in specially designed hot/cold thermal food bags. We will deliver the orders as quickly as possible. No one can be held responsible for weather and traffic conditions that prevent orders from being delivered on time. We will make every effort to inform you of any delay. Notice...Savory Shuttle reserves the right to limit long distance deliveries based on driver availability or distance.

DRIVER GRATUITY

Our drivers perform a critical service by safely transporting the orders in a timely manner. Our drivers work for tips just like waiters and waitresses in a restaurant. The delivery fee we charge does not go to the driver. That fee funds the infrastructure of our business for the service we provide for you. Our drivers are independent contractors who use their own vehicles to provide this service, so please remember to tip your driver just as you would the wait staff in a restaurant.

DELIVERY AREAS

We deliver to ALL zip code areas in the Charlotte Metro area. When you enter our website or call our order line, we will identify your zip code area. This will assist you in identifying our delivery areas and the restaurants in those service areas.

REFUNDS & CREDITS
|
|
Refunds and credits will be verified for accuracy and processed within 24 hours. The customer's issuing credit card company may take up to 3 days to apply the credit or refund to a customer's account. For additional information regarding refunds and credits you may call our business office at 704-529-7474, 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
